Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and resolving inbound calls from customers

  • Utilizing Excel skills for data management and analysis
  • Developing strong office and word skills for effective communication
  • Experience with invoices and quotes for accurate processing
  • Updating our database with accurate and timely information
  • Collaborating with senior management to escalate urgent orders

Benefits and Hours:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.78
  • Overtime opportunities at £17.04 per hour
  • Standard working hours: 08:30 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • 33 days of holiday per year
