We're seeking an exceptional Customer Representative to join our team at Nationwide Building Society. As a key member of our branch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing outstanding support to our members.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are friendly, helpful, and professional.
  2. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services.
  3. Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

About You

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Representative, you'll need to be:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  3. Committed to providing outstanding customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and delivering positive outcomes.
  4. Proficient in using digital tools and applications, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
