About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague at our St Ives Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, enhancing the store's reputation and community engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
