We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Team Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and mouth-watering food offerings at The Holly Bush in Oxford.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a seamless customer journey, providing a second-to-none experience
  • Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and drinks
  • Managing payments and receipts with precision
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Observing service standards and reporting any incidents or issues
  • Leading by example, being a supportive and proactive leader
