Job Description

Role – Front of House Manager

Annual Salary - £30,744 + bonus

Hours – 45 per week

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Junkyard Golf Club. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and training of Front of House staff, managing the safety and flow of all courses, and ensuring a unique and exceptional customer experience is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Front of House team
  • Manage the reception, external ticketing system, and large group bookings to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Perform weekly stock audits and reports, and complete weekly stock orders in line with the company's budget
  • Act as an opening and closing manager where necessary
