Your Role as Team Leader / Supervisor

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and passionate Front of House Team Leader to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.

  • Take responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Take accurate orders and work closely with kitchen staff
  • Ensure payments and receipts are correct
  • Confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings
  • Observe service and standards, reporting any incidents or issues
  • Be a supportive and proactive leader
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
  • A result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your team
