POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our SGK Graphics team in Witham, working on key accounts for some of the High Street's biggest and most respected brands.

This role ensures the efficient coordination of print and display projects from estimation to completion, partnering with the broader project team to deliver results on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have previous account management experience in a large format print, Brand Experience, or similar environment, with a strong understanding of production capabilities and retail markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with external clients, supporting the company's profitability efforts.
  • Coordinate project activities efficiently, accurately, and timely, serving as the main day-to-day contact for clients.
  • Liaise with suppliers, external partners, and the internal team to drive business growth.
  • Explore opportunities to expand the business with existing clients.
  • Occasional travel may be required, both locally and internationally.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
