Regional Corporate Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Corporate Partnership Specialist to join our team at Save the Children. As a key member of our Regional Corporate team, you will play a vital role in maximising regional corporate financial contribution and wider value through effective acquisition and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage suitable corporate leads, conducting thorough research and developing tailored proposals to secure new regional corporate partnerships
- Provide exceptional account management and stewardship for existing partners, ensuring long-term retention and maximising value for both parties
- Offer corporate insight and expertise to support acquisition and account management across the department's regional fundraising teams
- Coach and inspire Community Fundraising Managers to excel in corporate fundraising, driving growth and development of the regional corporate pipeline
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative propositions for businesses, supporting the growth of the regional corporate income stream
- Contribute to departmental income reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information
Requirements
- Proven track record of securing new corporate partnerships worth over £25k
- Experience in managing high-value corporate-charity relationships and delivering exceptional supporter experience
- Strong research and presentation skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop tailored proposals
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to coach and inspire others
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments, with a willingness to carry out duties outside office hours in emergency situations
