Regional Corporate Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Corporate Partnership Specialist to join our team at Save the Children. As a key member of our Regional Corporate team, you will play a vital role in maximising regional corporate financial contribution and wider value through effective acquisition and account management.
This is a 12-month maternity cover position, offering a great opportunity to work with a diverse range of teams across fundraising and marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage suitable corporate leads, conducting thorough research to secure new regional partnerships worth over £25k.
- Provide exceptional account management and stewardship for existing partners, maximising value for both parties and supporting long-term retention.
- Offer corporate insight and expertise to support acquisition and account management across the department's regional fundraising teams.
- Coach and inspire the department's network of Community Fundraising Managers to excel in corporate fundraising.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative propositions for businesses, supporting the growth and development of the regional corporate pipeline of partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to departmental income reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven record of securing new corporate partnerships worth over £25k.
- Experience of managing high-value corporate-charity relationships and delivering exceptional supporter experience.
- Experience of working with fundraising databases and pipelines.
- Able to think creatively and develop tailor-made proposals to meet corporate and Save the Children objectives.
- Excellent relationship management, research, and presentation skills.
- A natural communicator with impressive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to coach and inspire others to achieve ambitious goals.
