- Collaborate with local fire and rescue organisations to develop positive working relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, providing clear and concise advice on fire safety matters.
- Review and analyse documentation provided by other organisations, ensuring that our residents' fire safety needs are met.
- Support the development of our fire safety programme, including the completion of compliant Type 1 fire risk assessments.
- Proven experience in fire risk assessment, with a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to meet deadlines.
- Competent fire risk assessor, with a passion for delivering excellent service and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
