Fire Risk Assessor Role at Paradigm Housing

Paradigm Housing is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join our Compliance department. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments in our properties, providing advice to colleagues on fire-related matters, and reviewing documentation provided by other organisations relating to fire safety.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fire risk assessment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also have a full current driving licence and daily access to a car, as you will be required to visit Paradigm offices and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fire risk assessments in Paradigm properties
  • Provide advice to colleagues on fire-related matters
  • Review documentation provided by other organisations relating to fire safety
  • Visit Paradigm offices and properties to conduct assessments and provide advice

Requirements:

  • Experience in fire risk assessment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Full current driving licence and daily access to a car
