Fire Safety Works Coordinator

At Paradigm Housing Group, we're committed to ensuring our residents' safety. As a Fire Safety Works Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Fire Safety team with fire risk assessments and compliance work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Allocating fire safety work to our internal team and external contractors.
  • Managing and monitoring the Fire Safety inbox, scheduling appointments, and handling customer queries.
  • Uploading documentation, raising purchase orders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for all fire safety works.
  • Providing general administrative support for the Fire Safety team.

What you'll need:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
