Fire Safety Works Coordinator
At Paradigm Housing Group, we're committed to ensuring our residents' safety. As a Fire Safety Works Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Fire Safety team with fire risk assessments and compliance work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Allocating fire safety work to our internal team and external contractors.
- Managing and monitoring the Fire Safety inbox, scheduling appointments, and handling customer queries.
- Uploading documentation, raising purchase orders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for all fire safety works.
- Providing general administrative support for the Fire Safety team.
What you'll need:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
