Job Title: Area Valuer/Property Appraiser
Job Summary:
William H Brown, a leading estate agency business, is seeking a skilled Area Valuer/Property Appraiser to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for valuing properties and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and provide accurate market appraisals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Gain new property instructions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lister, Valuer, or Sales Manager in the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of the local property market and ability to provide accurate market appraisals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
