As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our broad agenda, which covers all of estates and facilities services, as well as the delivery of our significant capital objectives.

Main Responsibilities

As Director of Estates and Facilities, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective estates and facilities management strategies
  • Leading and influencing within the Group, as well as with external system partners
  • Translating strategies into tangible outcomes to empower our patients, service users, and workforce
  • Managing complex budgets and developing high-class services
  • Developing effective partnerships and understanding the complexities of contract and commercial management
