In this role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will take charge of crafting and executing CRM strategies aimed at boosting customer retention, satisfaction, and overall lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ARNE Loyalty Program for both UK and international markets, ensuring that every interaction adds value for our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal Data and Finance teams to establish loyalty cost structures, track performance metrics, and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Engage with the broader Marketing, E-commerce, and Product & Warehouse teams to foster a loyalty-centric approach.
  • Conduct regular reporting on cohort performance, analyzing behavioral trends and determining actionable insights.
  • Work within the CRM team to create automated strategies that guide customers through loyalty tiers using effective segmentation.
  • Coordinate with our internal Design team to develop and implement the Global ARNE loyalty strategy.
  • Establish a comprehensive A/B testing framework to continually refine the loyalty program offerings and improve customer value.
  • Ensure all loyalty communications are optimized for the customer across various channels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a CRM role with a focus on loyalty and enhancing customer value.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Triple Whale.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present performance insights and future strategies.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, making decisions based on data insights.
  • Experience in international markets is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adept at analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing necessary actions.
  • Experience in customer segmentation and demonstrating value to customers.
