Fleet Administrator
£23,400 per annum pro rata - this is a part-time role working 20 hours per week
As Fleet Administrator, you’ll provide vital day to day support to the Fleet Operations
Manager, and liaise with the wider business and external suppliers to ensure smooth
running of the fleet function. With responsibility for ensuring our fleet of vans and cars are properly maintained, tracked, serviced, and have a valid MOT, you’ll contribute to our fleets continued safe and efficient operation.
With administration experience, an eye for detail and a highly organised approach, you’ll maintain data across numerous supplier portals and ensure all records are accurate and up to date. You’ll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with internal colleagues and external suppliers. Preferably you’ll have experience of working in fleet function.

The role offers hybrid working with the need to collaborate closely with colleagues in our fantastic Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG). This role is part time working 20 hours per week over 5 days.
