Our Accounts Receivable Specialists play a crucial role in our mission to achieve zero distance with our customers, providing a best-in-class service that fosters strong, positive relationships. By collaborating closely with our Order to Delivery team, you will be pivotal in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of invoices.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will act as a true sales ledger expert, taking full responsibility for managing customer accounts with precision and care. This includes reconciling all transactions, invoices, deductions, and payments to ensure complete accuracy. You will allocate payments correctly against invoices, adhering strictly to our established credit control policy, thereby maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

Your responsibilities will also encompass monitoring outstanding accounts and proactively addressing any issues that arise, such as discrepancies or overdue payments. You will work to resolve these issues efficiently, maintaining open lines of communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Furthermore, you will generate detailed reports of account activities, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes within the business. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounts receivable processes, driving operational efficiency and supporting our overall business objectives.

You’ll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you’ll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.
