Job Summary

Landmarc Support Services, a leading facilities management company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their dedicated team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of up to 6 Engineers and 2 Supervisors to ensure compliance across all sites they are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage maintenance tasks (planned and reactive)
  • Manage contractors and ensure timely task completion
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and codes
  • Write contract specifications and manage contractors across multiple sites
  • Maintain and update asset records using IT and paper systems
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and asset management
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety (COSHH, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)
  • Understanding of workload scheduling and work order processes
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, reporting, and CAFAM systems
  • Familiarity with SFG20 and budget management
  • Willingness to travel and participate in on-call duties
  • Full Valid UK driving licence
