Landmarc Support Services, a leading facilities management company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their dedicated team. As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of up to 6 Engineers and 2 Supervisors to ensure compliance across all sites they are responsible for.
This regional role will require occasional travel within the South East area. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team to ensure performance, safety, and compliance
- Scheduling and managing maintenance tasks (planned and reactive)
- Managing contractors and ensuring timely task completion
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and industry best practices
- Maintaining and updating asset records using IT and paper systems
- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety (COSHH, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)
- Understanding of workload scheduling and work order processes
- Good working knowledge of Excel, reporting, and CAFAM systems
- Familiarity with SFG20 and budget management
- Willingness to travel and participate in on-call duties
- Full Valid UK driving licence
Landmarc provides support services that enable Armed Forces to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges, and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
