About the Role

Hartford Care is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a General Assistant - Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication management.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, including housekeeping duties and laundry services.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive nutritious and appetizing meals.
  • Support residents during mealtimes, providing assistance with eating and drinking as needed.
  • Engage with residents in activities and conversations, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
