We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at International SOS. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our reward policies are aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Administer compensation and benefits programs, conducting market benchmarking for roles and preparing business cases for salary increases and bonus accruals.
- Facilitate annual salary and bonus reviews, overseeing payroll system implementations and maintaining benefit databases.
- Implement competitive benefit policies, communicate benefit structures, and conduct vendor assessments.
- Support annual review and renewal of insurance and benefit contracts, ensuring compliance with data quality audits.
- Administer performance management processes, ensuring global consistency and training managers and employees on setting objectives and using the system.
- Degree in finance, business management, human resources, or related field, with formal qualification in Compensation and Benefits preferred.
- Relevant experience can substitute for formal qualifications, with a proven track record in Compensation and Benefits in an international environment.
- Experience with global HRIS systems, such as SAP Success Factors, and knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, trends, and practices.
- Advanced numerical skills and data analytics, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
