Ackerman Pierce Ltd is a recognized and rapidly expanding recruitment agency seeking a dedicated administrator with outstanding interpersonal abilities and a proactive mindset to join our Education Division and advance their career.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with external commitments to work during term time, supporting our vibrant and busy Education team for 39 weeks each year.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Education Manager and Academic Tutors to deliver effective and responsive support for educational initiatives.
- Provide general assistance to the education team in executing our services.
- Maintain effective communication across various teams and individuals.
- Utilize well-developed skills in Microsoft Word and Spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
Requirements
To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Experience within the Education Sector is preferred.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a confident and professional phone demeanor, as this role involves regular communication with diverse teams and individuals.
