Position Overview
The Computing and Information Services (CIS) department operates with a substantial budget and a dedicated team, providing essential academic and administrative support across the University. As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for staff, students, and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT support to all users in a professional and timely manner.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to developing new technical skills and adapting to changing needs.
  • Occasionally travel to attend user groups or conferences as required.

Work Environment

Qualifications and Skills Required
