- Manage and maintain accurate records of production data, quality control, and safety metrics.
- Proven experience in a production line management or packaging operations leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- IOSH certification or equivalent.
