Join Our Team as a Culinary Support Assistant

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Assistant who possesses an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, along with a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. A solid understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points is essential.

As a Culinary Support Assistant, you will be responsible for meeting service times, demonstrating autonomy in planning and prioritizing tasks, and meticulously following recipes. Effective communication is key; you will engage with Residents and colleagues with kindness and consideration. Safeguarding is a shared responsibility, and it is crucial to recognize signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect. All team members are required to participate in safeguarding training relevant to their roles and to seek guidance when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Support the culinary team in daily operations.
  • Engage positively with Residents and staff.
