About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in network connectivity principles, encompassing TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers, and firewall security. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing robust network architectures to support business growth and expansion.
  • Providing expert-level support for VMware vSphere 4/5 & Hyper-V, including backup management, installation, monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Managing Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019), Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory environments.
  • Developing and implementing Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of network connectivity principles and protocols.
  • Proficiency in VMware vSphere 4/5 & Hyper-V, Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019), Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites throughout the UK.

Tennex Recruitment Solutions offers a competitive salary of GBP40,000-GBP50,000 depending on experience, a hybrid working model, company car or allowance, 23 days starting annual leave (plus bank holidays), contributory pension scheme, excellent learning and training opportunities, free parking, and a perk scheme and vouchers.
