Join Pearson Carter's Team as a Power Platform Specialist

Pearson Carter is a leading provider of construction equipment and solutions, renowned for excellence and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to join our team on a hybrid basis, based in Hebburn. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting Power Platform projects and establish best practices using DevOps to manage projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and establish best practices using DevOps to manage projects and enhancements.
  • Support digital transformation projects and work with the Power BI team to deliver reporting on new Power Platform Applications and Solutions.
  • Develop and oversee the delivery of end-user training to assist in Power Platform Applications and Solutions adoption.
  • Deliver L1-L2 training for junior members of the team for IS support model.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions, including Dynamics 365.
  • Project Management experience and understanding of ITIL methodology.
