We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision to join our Quality team.

Our quality team plays a vital role in ensuring we deliver the highest quality engineering projects to clients across various sectors, including commercial marine, major fabrication, and defense.

As a Document Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and organizing critical engineering documents within our detailed quality management system.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Quality Manager in compiling and maintaining project manufacturing records throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure document accuracy.
  • Facilitate progressive document review, compiling and approving Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) across various project lifecycles.
  • Control and maintain document registers, including the project welding database.
  • Prior to client inspections, compile and forward evidence packs to clients.
  • Review documentation status against project progress and notifications of inspections before submission to clients.
  • Review internal inspection requests for accuracy.
  • Collate reports generated during the manufacturing process by deadlines, ensuring legibility and retention within MRBs.
  • Complete and submit weekly status trackers.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of engineering documentation.
  • A passion for upholding quality standards.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis would be beneficial.
  • Experience with quality management systems.
  • Experience compiling quality documentation packages.
  • Understanding of welding and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) methods.
  • Experience maintaining weld registers.
