The Georgian is poised to become a distinguished venue, delivering unique and exceptional experiences for both Afternoon Tea and Dinner. Patrons will enjoy a blend of live entertainment, tableside service, and the refined charm of classical dining.


Role Summary
As a Junior Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of your designated section while providing essential support to the Kitchen Supervisor and fellow team members.


Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within your section, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Assist in the management of stock levels, including ordering and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety regulations by maintaining exemplary hygiene and sanitation practices across all food service areas.


Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a prestigious hotel or fine dining establishment. You should demonstrate:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A strong focus on customer service.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to kitchen management.
