Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to enhance our Lobby kitchen brigade. This role is vital for ensuring a remarkable guest experience through high-quality culinary offerings and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of a busy kitchen environment.
  • Prepare and present dishes using the finest ingredients while adhering to menu specifications and accommodating guest preferences.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Commis Chefs, providing training and guidance to Apprentice chefs.
  • Deliver service in accordance with established service principles, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients, with a strong creative flair.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen setting is required.
  • Culinary certifications or completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility in approach, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
