Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and communicate effectively with the Head Chef.

  • Exhibit reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality.
  • Occasionally support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Provide leadership in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Understand and implement HACCP and essential kitchen operations.
  • Navigate a dynamic and fast-paced service environment.
  • Place orders as necessary.
  • Be adaptable: readiness to assist in various kitchen roles as needed.
