Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor our performance in delivering strategies and plans, ensuring we meet our budgets and achieve our objectives.
  • Approve our annual budget, long-term financial business plan, and statutory accounts, ensuring the integrity of our financial information.
  • Establish and oversee risk management processes to safeguard our assets and reputation.
  • Ensure we comply with our adopted governance code and provide explanations for any non-compliance in our annual financial statements.

Requirements
  • Experience in board membership, preferably with expertise in Finance and Risk, and Housing and Supported Housing.
