Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the M&E industry, including consultants, contractors, and merchants.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants and contractors to win specifications and increase sales
- Identify and prioritize profitable specification opportunities using Glenigans
- Manage contract support in line with company processes and parameters
- Share and gather pipeline opportunities with merchant partners
- Represent the brand at trade events and exhibitions
- Build strong collaborative relationships with other functional areas, including Logistics, Sales, and Operations
- Proven experience in specification sales
- Successful sales track record in the M&E industry
- Graduate or graduate calibre with good technical knowledge of heating systems
- Independent and able to work from home
- Able to work as a constructive team member and independently with strong self-motivation
- Able to prospect qualitative leads and negotiate with clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to calculate heat loss and have a good understanding of heating systems
