Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and Maintain Relationships
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing grocery retail accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.
Identify New Business OpportunitiesIdentify new business opportunities within the grocery retail sector. Prospect and onboard new accounts by presenting our product portfolio, value propositions, and differentiation in the market.
Develop and Execute Strategic Account PlansDevelop and execute strategic account plans that align with overall company objectives. Define sales targets, promotional strategies, and collaborative initiatives to enhance market presence and revenue.
Lead Negotiations and Manage ContractsLead negotiations on pricing, terms, and promotional programs to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships. Manage contract agreements and terms with a keen eye on compliance and consistency.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on product launches, marketing campaigns, and inventory management. Provide insights from the market to influence product roadmap decisions.

Requirements
- Strong account management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the gifting industry.
- Experience working with licensing and grocery retailers.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects.
