Senior Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Development Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Commercial Development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and industry partners
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Provide expert support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
