We are seeking a skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Lucy Walker Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key national grocery accounts across branded and own label personal care products, driving strategic growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage and grow accounts, working to achieve annual sales targets
  • Maximise sales from analysis, range reviews and range extensions
  • Analyse market data and provide recommendations and insight to the customer
  • Produce sales reporting, analysing data and identifying opportunities for growth

As a National Account Manager, you will be the product expert for the ranges and provide a consultative approach to customers. You will be involved in NPD and product improvement initiatives and work closely with procurement and technical teams.

We are looking for someone with strong account management skills and experience of dealing with major grocer accounts. You will need to have excellent communication skills, negotiation, data analysis, and strong commercial acumen.
