Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Lobby Ambassador to provide a warm, safe, and enjoyable environment for our residents, their guests, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing a welcoming arrival and fond farewell.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure resident satisfaction and a clean environment, especially during move-in and move-out processes.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to residents and visitors regarding amenities, activities, and directions.
  • Foster personalized relationships with residents to anticipate their preferences and needs.
  • Coordinate with security, concierge, and door teams to ensure a secure and safe environment at all times.
  • Ensure all equipment used by the door team is maintained, clean, and in working order; report malfunctions to senior managers.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
