Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth across both SME and larger business portfolios. Your responsibilities will include fostering new client relationships, increasing revenue, and advocating for our products and services. You will be the subject matter expert, supporting the sales team and contributing significantly to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly new business targets by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve activity-based KPIs and collaborate with decision-makers to build strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on our full range of products and services.
  • Manage contract negotiations effectively and close deals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Analyze market data, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic sales approaches.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the Telecoms sector, particularly in selling Lines and Calls, Telephone Systems, Leased Lines, and IP Telephony.
  • Proven success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Track record of achieving new business targets and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and their business implications.
  • Resilience and determination in a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive, motivating personality with a forward-thinking mindset.
