Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth across both SME and larger business portfolios. Your responsibilities will include establishing new client relationships, increasing revenue, and advocating for our products and services. You will be a key resource for the sales team and contribute significantly to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly 'New Business' targets by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve activity-based KPIs and collaborate with decision-makers to foster strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on our full range of products and services.
  • Effectively manage contract negotiations and finalize agreements.
  • Stay updated on market developments for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Analyze market data, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic sales approaches.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the Telecoms sector, including Lines and Calls, Telephone Systems, Leased Line, and IP Telephony.
  • Proven success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Track record of achieving new business targets and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong networking, deal-closing, and post-sale management abilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and their business implications.
  • Resilience and determination in a dynamic environment.
