Restaurant Operations Manager

Lina Stores, a renowned Italian delicatessen and restaurant, is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our London locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant procedures, including food and beverage, health and safety, and food hygiene, as well as financial management and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant operations, including HR, financial, and operational aspects.
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to maximize sales.
  • Work closely with the centralized support office team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
