Senior ESG Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior ESG Business Analyst to enhance our Asset Management division. This position demands significant expertise in ESG regulations pertinent to the Asset Management sector. You will play a crucial role in managing substantial programs from initial feasibility assessments through to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee ESG and regulatory transformations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective workstream execution.
  • Offer specialized guidance and structure to business proposals and initiatives.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts to facilitate and prioritize various workstreams.
  • Work in conjunction with the Architecture team to deploy innovative solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and data flows to pinpoint and mitigate regulatory impacts.
  • Document operational frameworks and articulate high-level business requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive experience in ESG and regulatory initiatives within Investment Management.
  • Demonstrated success in feasibility studies and business case formulation.
  • Previous experience in leading a team of Business Analysts.
  • Exceptional analytical and documentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business case development.
