We are looking for a Senior ESG Business Analyst to enhance our Asset Management division. This position demands a deep understanding of ESG regulations pertinent to the Asset Management sector. You will play a crucial role in managing extensive programs from initial feasibility assessments through to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee ESG and regulatory transformations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of workstreams.
  • Offer expert guidance and structure to business concepts and proposals.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts to prioritize and support various workstreams.
  • Work in conjunction with the Architecture team to devise innovative solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and data flows to pinpoint and mitigate regulatory impacts.
  • Document operational frameworks and outline high-level business requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in ESG and regulatory initiatives within Investment Management.
  • Demonstrated success in feasibility studies and business case formulation.
  • Previous experience in leading a team of Business Analysts.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business case development.
