About the Service - Women and Children's Services

We offer specialized services for women and children who are at risk or struggling with challenging circumstances. Our dedicated women's centres provide a safe space for individuals to access support, guidance, and resources tailored to their needs.

Our approach is underpinned by a deep understanding of trauma and a focus on recovery, resilience, and community integration. We recognize the distinct experiences and vulnerabilities faced by women and girls, and our services are designed to address these specific needs.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and culturally sensitive support worker to join our team in Doncaster. As an Outreach Support Worker, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver group work, one-to-one sessions, and workshops tailored to the needs of GRT communities.

This is a flexible role, working Monday to Friday, with mileage expenses paid. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our organization.
