About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and culturally sensitive support coordinator to join our team in Doncaster. As a GRT Outreach Support Worker, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver outreach services to GRT communities. Your role will involve conducting group work, one-to-one sessions, and workshops, tailored to meet the unique needs of these communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outreach services to GRT communities, building trust and rapport with service users.
  • Conduct group work, one-to-one sessions, and workshops, addressing specific community needs.
  • Collaborate with the existing team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
  • Provide culturally sensitive support, acknowledging and respecting the diversity of GRT communities.
