About the Role:
The Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Outreach Worker to join our team. As a Community Outreach Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, older people, and individuals living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with all aspects of daily living, including personal care.
- Help individuals achieve their chosen outcomes and meet their goals.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to provide comprehensive training and on-the-job training.
- Have the opportunity to gain nationally recognized qualifications.
- Support the residents of Doncaster, which may involve weekend and night working in exceptional circumstances.
