About the Service - Women and Children's ServicesWe offer specialized services for women and children who are at risk or struggling with challenging circumstances. Our dedicated women's centres provide a safe space for individuals to access support, guidance, and resources tailored to their needs.
Our approach is underpinned by a deep understanding of trauma and a focus on recovery, resilience, and community integration. We recognize the distinct experiences and vulnerabilities faced by women and girls, and our services are designed to address these specific needs.
About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Outreach Support Worker. This role will involve working closely with our existing team to deliver group work, one-to-one sessions, and workshops tailored to the needs of GRT communities.
The successful candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, and able to work independently. We offer a competitive package, including 25 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme, and access to an employee benefit platform.
