About the Service - Women and Children's Services

We offer specialized support to women and children who are at risk or struggling with complex issues, including those in the criminal justice system and those who have experienced trauma. Our services are designed to address the unique challenges faced by women and girls, promoting recovery, resilience, and community integration.

About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GRT Outreach Support Worker to join our team in Doncaster. As a key member of our BME services team, you will work closely with our existing passionate and energetic team to deliver group work, one-to-one sessions, and workshops tailored to the needs of the GRT community. This is a flexible, Monday-to-Friday role with mileage expenses paid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver culturally sensitive support to GRT individuals and families
  • Develop and implement community-based programs to promote social cohesion and empowerment
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
