About the Service - Women and Children's Services

We offer specialized services for women and children who are at risk or struggling with challenging circumstances. Our dedicated women's centres provide a safe space for individuals to access support, guidance, and resources tailored to their needs.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Outreach Support Worker for GRT communities. This role involves working alongside our existing team to deliver group work, one-to-one sessions, and workshops tailored to the needs of the community.

The successful candidate will be flexible, energetic, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. In return, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme, and access to an employee benefit platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outreach services to GRT communities, including group work, one-to-one sessions, and workshops

  • Contribute to the development of our services, ensuring they remain responsive to the needs of our clients
