Position Overview:
- This role presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned nurse to become part of our welcoming community team at St John's Hospice.

- Your responsibilities will include offering palliative care support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Key duties encompass maintaining a 24-hour telephone support service and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- We seek an individual with outstanding assessment, planning, and communication abilities to uphold the highest standards of care.
Candidate Profile:
- NMC registered nurse with expertise in palliative and end-of-life care.
- Capacity to work positively and adaptively within a team setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to lead and mentor others.

- Familiarity with SystemOne software is advantageous.
- Experience in the independent healthcare sector is beneficial.
