About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Pensions Data Specialist to join our dynamic team of data experts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering cutting-edge data solutions to our clients within the pensions industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize bulk tools and solutions to address complex data challenges faced by pension schemes.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to a diverse audience, both internally and externally.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to the development of data strategies and plans to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in the pensions industry, with a strong understanding of defined benefit schemes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
